Upgrades: If your machine is economically viable to have hardware upgrades or modifications, we can do it for you. A minimum service fee will get you an appraisal and recommendation as to what miracles can be performed on your old equipment. If you decide to go ahead with the upgrade this cost is waived. Unfortunately in this day and age it is sometimes more economical to supply a new system unit with latest technology rather than update a number of internal components.
In home service calls: We prefer to have the units in our own workshop for serious repairs or maintenance, however, we will make home visits within our operating area for a set fee. Please enquire first about costs before booking an on-site visit. The on-site visit fee is payable regardless of outcome.
In house, one on one tuition sessions are available only on request and must be booked at least 2 days in advance. A printed list of subject matter to be discussed or demonstrated should be presented to us at time of booking so as to allow preparation of a suitable approach to suit the client.
