All custom built computer systems carry a full 12 months parts and labour warranty on a RTB basis. 1
Various components used in construction or provided as add-ons or extras may carry additional manufacturer's warranties. Customers are at liberty to persue the claims directly with the manufacturers or suppliers of those components or items.
Some items supplied carry a manufacturers end user on-site warranty. Details of these forms of warranties are carried in the enclosed or supplied literature with the items packaging. Preliminary consultation and advice regarding these matters can be raised with Tableland Computer Centre.
Warranty repairs are carried out at our outlet in Malanda. Every attempt is made to ensure the shortest possible downtime to your computer in these circumstances.
